Students and their guardians must abide by the following Rules and Regulations. Pupils must be polite and respectful towards each member of the Staff of the college.

  • Pupils should not call each other by names or use any bad/obscene language.
  • Pupils must play gently and must NOT push, fight, kick or play rough with one another.
  • Pupils must move in the campus gently and quietly.
  • Pupils must not bring any toy, jewellery, electric/electronic gadget, mobile phone or any harmful object to the college. Pupils can bring money only when the College authorities instruct them to do so. However, they should not keep money in the hostel / classroom.
  • Chewing gum, tobacco or other harmful products must not be brought to college /consumed at college.
  • Students are expected to be honest.
  • Students are not allowed to drive motorbikes/vehicles into the campus.
  • Pupils must obey all officials/leaders in charge of them. Any misbehavior towards College staff shall not be tolerated and will result in action leading to expulsion.
  • Parents/guardians must not approach teachers/students directly or otherwise disturb the class during study times. Permission from the Principal has to be obtained before meeting the student/teacher.
  • The College reserves the right to expel any student when it is felt necessary to do so for the well being of the institution.
  • Any student found guilty of breaking College rules and regulations shall be given a verbal warning in the first instance. In case of repetition, it will be followed up by a written warning. In the event of further violations, the College may take any action it sees fit including expulsion. Any one so expelled will have no legal remedy against the College.
  • All fees must be paid on time. Non-payment of fees will justify expulsion of the student from the class.
  • Pupils should attend the classes wearing their full uniform in the manner prescribed in the Diary. A student who wants to leave the campus during working hours should obtain the Exit Pass.
  • Students may only be absent from the institution because of sickness or due to some unavoidable circumstances. Such students must bring a letter from their parent, justifying the absence.
  • If any pupil willfully damages College properties, the full cost of repair or replacement thereof will be at her parent’s expense.
  • Parents should try, if at all possible, to keep all medical or dental appointments for their children outside school hours. Additionally, parents are expected to provide the necessary medical information about their wards (i.e. injections, vaccinations, handicaps and impairments) or any other useful information that they feel the College should know about.
